You must connect the Wavlink using an Ethernet cable and PoE in order to set it in access point mode. Attach one end of the PoE cable to the Wavlink extender and the other end to a port on the current router. Next, choose the Wavlink network from the list and connect your WiFi-capable device to it. Verify that the device is firmly and really linked to the Wavlink network. Now, use the browser to search for Ap.setup to get to the wifi.wavlink.com setup page. Enter the default username and password in the boxes to log into the extender on the screen. Select and configure the "As a wired range extender (Access Point)" configuration mode from the next screen. Lastly, adhere to the instructions that are shown on the screen.
