PENPOSH TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Penposh.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Penposh, including our website, mobile applications, services, features, content, communications, and other products we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Penposh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use the Services.
1. About Penposh
Penposh is a social networking and digital services platform that allows people to connect, communicate, share content, discover communities, interact with other users, and access various digital features and services.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Penposh regarding your use of the Services.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in User Content that you create, subject to the rights you grant to Penposh under these Terms.
By posting User Content on Penposh, you grant Penposh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote, and protect the Services.
This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on Penposh and, where technically necessary, for a reasonable period after deletion.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content you submit to Penposh.
6. Public and Private Content
Some information and content may be visible to the public or to other Penposh users depending on your account settings and the feature you use.
You should consider carefully what you choose to share.
Penposh cannot guarantee that content shared with other users will remain private if those users choose to copy, save, screenshot, or redistribute it.
7. Content Standards
You are responsible for the content you post.
Content may be removed or restricted when it violates these Terms, applicable law, or Penposh policies.
Prohibited content may include:
- Content that promotes serious criminal activity.
- Credible threats of violence.
- Fraudulent or deceptive content.
- Non-consensual intimate content.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Penposh's intellectual property.
