PENPOSH COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Penposh is built to help people connect, communicate, share, and build communities.
Our Community Standards explain what is and is not allowed on Penposh. They apply to content, accounts, interactions, and activities across the platform.
We may take action when content or behavior violates these standards.
1. Authenticity
We want people to know who they are interacting with.
You must not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Pretend to represent an organization without authorization.
- Create deceptive accounts intended to mislead others.
- Use stolen identities or credentials.
- Misrepresent important information for fraudulent purposes.
2. Safety
Threats and dangerous behavior are not allowed.
We prohibit:
- Credible threats of violence.
- Encouragement of serious violence.
- Content facilitating violent criminal activity.
- Instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
- Attempts to organize harmful or dangerous activities.
3. Harassment and Bullying
People should be able to use Penposh without being targeted by abusive behavior.
We may remove or restrict:
- Targeted harassment.
- Repeated unwanted abuse.
- Threatening behavior.
- Intimidation.
- Malicious campaigns against individuals.
- Encouragement of others to harass a person.
4. Hate and Discrimination
Penposh does not permit content that attacks people on the basis of protected characteristics where prohibited by applicable law or our policies.
This includes serious threats, dehumanizing attacks, or direct encouragement of discrimination or violence against protected groups.
5. Sexual Content and Exploitation
Content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited.
Penposh may take immediate action against accounts involved in such activity and may report activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
6. Child Safety
Penposh has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Users must not:
- Sexualize minors.
- Exploit children.
- Share child sexual abuse material.
- Attempt to arrange sexual activity involving minors.
- Facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of children.
Accounts involved in serious child-safety violations may be permanently removed and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
7. Fraud and Deception
Users must not use Penposh to deceive or defraud others.
Examples include:
- Fake investment schemes.
- Phishing.
- Fake giveaways.
- Romance scams.
- Impersonation scams.
- Payment fraud.
- Fraudulent business offers.
- Requests for money based on false claims.
- Attempts to steal passwords or financial information.
8. Spam
We want genuine interaction on Penposh.
You must not use Penposh to:
- Send large volumes of unsolicited messages.
- Repeatedly post identical or substantially identical content.
- Artificially manipulate engagement.
- Operate abusive automated accounts.
- Distribute malicious links.
- Promote deceptive websites or services.
9. Intellectual Property
Users must respect copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
You must not upload or distribute content that infringes another person's rights.
Rights holders may report alleged infringement through our Copyright/DMCA process.
10. Privacy
Do not use Penposh to expose or distribute another person's private information without authorization.
This may include:
- Private addresses.
- Private telephone numbers.
- Passwords.
- Financial information.
- Private communications.
- Account credentials.
- Other sensitive personal information.
11. Illegal Activities
Penposh must not be used to facilitate illegal activities.
We may remove content or restrict accounts involved in unlawful activity where appropriate.
12. Platform Integrity
You must not interfere with the operation of Penposh.
This includes:
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access.
- Distributing malware.
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Circumventing technical restrictions.
- Creating fraudulent automated traffic.
- Scraping information in violation of our rules.
- Attempting to manipulate platform systems.
13. Enforcement
When we identify violations, we may take one or more actions depending on the seriousness and circumstances.
These actions may include:
- Removing content.
- Limiting the visibility of content.
- Adding warnings or restrictions.
- Removing features.
- Restricting messaging.
- Suspending an account.
- Permanently terminating an account.
- Reporting activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Our enforcement decisions may consider the seriousness of the violation, previous violations, potential harm, and applicable law.
14. Appeals
Where an appeal process is available, users may request a review of certain enforcement decisions through the methods provided by Penposh.
We may require information necessary to verify the account and evaluate the appeal.
15. Reporting Violations
If you believe content or an account violates these Community Standards, you can report it through available reporting tools or contact Penposh through the Contact Form on our website.
16. Changes to These Standards
We may update these Community Standards as Penposh evolves and as new forms of abuse or harmful behavior emerge.
Updated standards will be published with a revised effective date.
