As a former college athlete, I am interested in athlete mental health and treat issues impacting current and former athletes ages 10 and up through Sports Therapy. I see my clients as whole human beings, not just sport performers. I help athletes and non-athletes overcome barriers and learn healthy coping skills to manage their stress and anxiety.
