As is typical in the Diablo 4 Gold game There are plenty of dungeons to clear within Diablo 4. however, the new open-world feature provides a new dimension to the proceedings. It was quite a surprise when I came across a cliff and there was an option to "climb down" that led to a different part on the map.
While there's no extensive open world, like Elden Ring or The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, it was intriguing to have a bigger area to explore. The previous Diablo games had dynamically generated map that was huge but limited. Although Fractured Peak was still restricted in its scope, it wasn't like I was being confined to a map. There are horses that you can purchase but only after you've completed some quests offered later.
In the time I played the build I was drawn by the story of Diablo 4 and how it was played. This isn't the same as what I experienced in Diablo 4 where it was the game's gameplay that kept me returning but the story was forgotten. When you combine that with an open world, and I was even more excited to explore while also seeing how I could make my own Barbarian. It's the mix of story and gameplay that made the game I played on Diablo 4 so interesting and is expected to be the same to fans once it's out.
