You can start from kulem railway station or else you can start it from castlerock which is most convenient for all tourists. 

 

Initially you've to head to Kulem railway station from Bombay and if you think that there will be a train which is directly off you to Kulem. Then its not true. From Goa railway station you need to get a passenger train which will drop you are kulem station. The cost is very less simply affordable.

To reach Dudhsagar from Pune: There are two trekking options for Pune tourists. You have two trekking choices from Castle Rock and Kulem both. Get the Goa Express 12780 from Pune at 4:20 PM and arrives Castle Rock at 3:05 AM.

If you are desperate to trek from Kulem, then your journey continue by the same train and reached Kulem at 4:35 AM.

There be 12 kilometres you need to travel from kulem railway station to dudhsagar waterfall trek and it takes 4 to 6 hours to trek just one side. The campsite distance covers 11 kms from kulem railway station. And it requires 6 hours from one side.

During the journey you can enjoy both benefits of experiencing mud road and track trekking. Once you arrive the castlerock, don't forget to buy the lifejacket on rent basis. Swimming suit is compulsory if you want to enter in to the water. Upto castlerock it will be like 14 kilometres and nearly 6 to 8 hours of time is required. 

Things to do Dudhsagar Waterfall Trek

Railway tunnel and track trekking is most enjoyable. 

Sahyadri Mountain ranges as well as Western ghats will chase while you're trekking high. You can enjoy beautiful greenary views.
