  1. The very first step is to close QuickBooks and open Internet explorer. 

  2. And then click on tools and then select internet options .

  3. And also click on the advanced tab. 

  4. And then click on advanced settings and use TLS 1.0, use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 options. 

  5. The user is then required to check that USE TLS 1.1 and USE TLS 1.2 are not marked. 

  6. The next step is to click ok and then close internet explorer.

  7. Also, reboot the system and restart QuickBooks desktop.
